Aamad Jalil is the CEO of BINA Capital Financial Group and also  currently serves as the Senior Executive Officer & Board Advisor at DECA Developments. Widely recognized as “The Real Estate Banker,” he is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Financial Services and Real Estate, spanning both developed and emerging markets, including Canada, Asia, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Prior to taking on the role as CEO of  BINA Capital Financial Group, Mr. Jalil held the position of General Manager / Group Head of Real Estate & Asset Management at Ajman Bank, a publicly listed Shari’a-compliant institution in the UAE. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple Senior Level Leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Emirates Islamic Bank (EI), First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), American Express (AMEX), and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB).
