Prior to Bina Capital, he held senior executive roles at Ajman Bank, including Group Head of Wholesale Banking, Chief Credit Officer, and Board Member of Skyrise Properties, as well as leadership positions at Emirates Islamic Bank (Emirates NBD Group).

Fawad’s strong blend of relationship management and Credit risk expertise has enabled him to deliver bespoke business models and structured financing solutions aligned with client needs. His Banking track record spans Risk Management Solutions & Policies, Islamic Financing Arrangements and facility structuring, Real Estate Development & Project Financing, Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets, and Private Equity Funds.

He holds an Honours Degree in Business Studies (Accounting & Finance) from London Metropolitan University, along with certifications in Islamic Banking, Risk Management, ESG, and leadership development etc.
